Immigration

Immigration is the international movement of people to a destination country of which they are not natives or where they do not possess citizenship in order to settle as temporary residents, permanent residents or to naturalized citizens. The South African government now welcomes foreign nationals with exceptional skills and investment capital to the country in order to build the economy and to create employment for south African citizens.

To stay in South Africa legally, one is required to be in possession of a valid temporary residence visa (Work permit, visitor’s visa, relative visa etc.), permanent residence and/or Citizenship.  We assist our clients in preparation of their applications, submissions of their applications to the Department of Home Affairs through Visa Facilitation Service (VFS), and where necessary, we conduct their cases in court.  We have a good track record in immigration litigation.
